I am a mixed media artist, former graphic designer, 20-year human resources professional, and certified health and wellness coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I facilitate workshops and collaborations, continuously explore solo work, and coordinate local and micro art-related retreats. I hail from New Jersey and have called Vermont home for more than 20 years.

I am currently in pursuit of an Art Therapy Practitioner certification through Scholistico and sit as the current President-elect of the Green Mountain Human Resources Association.
